If we often talk about the art of tasting a Bourgogne wine, it's undoubtedly because it calls on all our senses to enjoy a good wine to the full! !

Tasting always begins with the eye, which first appreciates the colour, also known as the robe, of a wine. Red or white, there are many shades: violet, garnet, ruby... purple for the reds, green gold, straw, golden, amber... for the whites.

Then you start to smell the wine, i.e. smell all the nuances of the aromas it releases, in particular by aerating it in the glass.
Finally comes the tasting itself, when the aromas mingle with the taste for a unique experience that reveals the full character of the wine you have just tasted.
