Our white wine LES CAUDROYES Blanc borrows its freshness and fine acidity from the cold, chalky soil of its terroir. With its brilliant pale yellow colour, our organic Grand Vin de Bourgogne reveals an open bouquet of acacia flowers and exotic fruit.
A fine minerality on the palate, underlined by saline accents, gives the wine vivacity and energy. The finish, underpinned by notes of white pepper is beautifully long.
